THE HAVANESE AT THE AKC MUSEUM OF THE DOG

T he event took place on Septem- ber 12th with Joan Ambrose and Annie Barrish spearheading the event. Earlier in the year, the Ha- vanese community was disappointed to learn that the museum did not have anything displayed for the Havanese breed. With that goal in mind, Joan got to work. Joan obtained the Cuban Stamp that was used in Cuba in 1992. She also had a print made of the stamp, and centered the stamp on the larger print. The history of the stamp is pro- vided in a short write-up.
